A TRADITION OF QUALITY MUSIC

Trinity carries forward a beautiful Lutheran tradition of incorporating rich, Christ-centered music into worship and educational life. Martin Luther said, ”Next to the Word of God the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world,” and we at Trinity Klein value and see music as one of God’s greatest gifts.  Whether the worship style is traditional or contemporary, Trinity has a long standing history of striving for musical excellence.
Our 8:15 a.m. Traditional Worship Service, led by the organ and one of our special music groups, continues to be enriched by a priceless collection of liturgies, choral and instrumental work, and hymns and songs through which we express our faith. Our 10:45 a.m. Contemporary Service led by our Worship band plays CCM (Contemporary Christian Music) songs and timeless hymns that you know and love.
Trinity’s music programs include the Sanctuary Choir (SATB - High School – Adult), the Trinity Men’s Choir (TTBB), Contemporary Worship Team, Jubilate Deo Ringers (7-octave hand bell and chime choir), as well as our two school choirs, Seraphim Choir (grades 5-8) and Cherub Choir (grades 3-4) and our Trinity Klein Lutheran School Symphonic Band. Through all of these groups, we clearly see how God has blessed Trinity with talented and dedicated musical servants.
If you’ve never visited Trinity during one of the church’s festival periods, you’re in for a real treat! Our Christmas and Easter services are filled with the sounds of praise and worship utilizing the combined harmonies of our choirs accompanied by a full 54-piece orchestra.

TRINITY KLEIN CONCERT SERIES

In the fall of 2008, Trinity Lutheran began laying the groundwork for the Trinity Klein Concert Series. God blessed us with a rich acoustic environment where, for the past 15 seasons, we have held over 95 concerts featuring a wide variety of both local and international performers and ensembles. We are also blessed with a wealth of patrons whose generous donations have made it possible to offer all of our concerts without charge.

TRINITY'S ORGAN

The organ at Trinity Klein, a 50 rank, 3 manual tracker action instrument built by Martin Ott, was dedicated on October 23, 1994. In 2008 it was dismantled and moved into its present location. Its 2395 pipes represent almost exactly the membership of Trinity in 1994. As a stand alone instrument, or as part of a larger ensemble, this beautifully crafted instrument leads the congregation in our weekly traditional worship each week and festival services.
